Our guest concierges provide the five-star customer service of top-tier hotel right in your own home. They will meet your guests upon their arrival, and can arrange tours, excursions, restaurant reservations, transportation, or just provide insight on the best way to explore the city. Guest concierges are available to travelers throughout their stay, from planning in advance to following up on departures. For homeowners, they’ll make sure your property is properly staged before the rental and still in good condition afterward.
Local Contact
A local contact will handle all the little things that come up while you’re gone. Trusted, friendly neighbors make excellent local contacts. They can water your plants, coordinate deliveries, meet repairmen or cleaners, and generally keep an eye on the place for you. If your guest needs help with something at the house, your local contact could stop by and lend a hand. This person is a flexible service provider who works at an hourly rate or on an as-needed basis.
Housekeeper
Choose from our trusted network of preferred home cleaners who can simplify the tricky turnover time between bookings. We can help you set up your own team who will manage the ongoing cleaning needs of a busy rental property. We also offer green cleaning options to support our environment, customers, and employees. For homeowners, cleaning services are typically built into the booking price at a fixed rate. Guests can also request daily housekeeping at an hourly rate.
Maintenance
Unfortunately, maintenance is a necessary part of any real estate operation. Our maintenance providers are here in case anything goes wrong during a rental or just to handle the light upkeep that a home requires. We’ll connect you with a maintenance professional who can get things fixed quickly at a fair price.
Stager
Our professional stagers have an eye for design. Good photographs are key to a successful online booking, and our stagers will prep your home to look its very best.
Vacation Rental Designer
Our interior design experts know how to cultivate an atmosphere that will make your guests feel like they’ve arrived. Whether you’re new or just overdue for an upgrade, book one of our vacation rental designers to help give your home a makeover.
Photographer
Our skilled photographers can help homeowners create a property listing that will catch any traveler’s eye. In addition, they are available for guests who would like quality vacation photographs or to capture memories from a baby shower, wedding, or any other event.
Laundry
We offer laundry service (past two loads) as an extra fee built into the cleaning service of a booking. If guests or homeowners prefer, laundry can also be done off-site at a rate based up on the weight of the clothing.
Dry-Cleaning
Specialty clothing and textiles get the five-star treatment with dry-cleaning, available to guests or homeowners based on the number of items and associated delivery fee.
Lawn Care
We’ll keep your flowers blooming and your hedges trimmed by connecting you with local lawn care professionals. We can even get that snow shoveled in the winter.
Security Installers
We partner with numerous security companies that specialize in solutions that benefit the vacation rental industry. We’ll get you set up with smart home security, remote locking systems, and keyless entry options that simplify keeping your home safe but available as needed. We’ll even facilitate installation.
